Linda has serviced many different clients as a Client Support Professional to Home Depot, Comcast, and Carnival Cruise prior to running this division of DEMO Consulting LLC. She brings a clear understanding of the work-from-home modality as a parent and a military spouse. Her leadership in this position is very transparent with empathy to have the best diverse team as part of the Call Center. She is in charge of hiring, onboarding and maintaining performance evaluations for all Client Support Professionals.

Introduction

I am excited to be part of DEMO's Call Center to assist those who would like to work-from-home with recognizable brands. Prior to starting this business with my spouse, Dr. Tonya D. Moore, I was a stay-at-home mom and a military spouse working on my degrees. I also have over 10 years of supervisory experience along with publishing and editing books and articles.

Nancy A. White-Kennedy

Nancy is responsible for carrying out the administrative task for DEMO Call Center's contracts. She is also responsible for handling recruiting of call center representatives along with managing the day-to-day.

Introduction

I am excited to be part of DEMO's economic mobility initiative when they decided to pivot DEMO Consulting LLC in providing work-from-home opportunities during the start of COVID-19.

As a retiree of the Department of Social Services, I am bringing over 30 years' experience working in the service area. As a pillar in my community of Sumter, South Carolina, I love providing selfless service to others and just seeing people prosper in a positive way. 

I've also lived in New York and worked at the Mt. Sinai Hospital, Bank of New York and Federal Reserve Bank. However, I was born in St. Stephen, South Carolina. I've been a Seventh-day Adventist all my life. I have three grown daughters including Dr. Tonya D. Moore (CEO and Co-Owner) as well as a grown stepson. I am a grandmother as well as a great grandmother. I am also married to the most caring man, Mr. Lorenza Kennedy for almost 20 years.
