Dr. Moore has over 20 years combined experience in Academics, Government and Corporate. She served as a Director of Instructional Management and Assessment Systems for Morris College (HBCU). Then, she started a career at Strayer University as a Professor specializing in the areas of Human Resource Management, Management and Business. She later became an Associate Campus Dean and Curriculum Chair for Human Resource Management program as well as served on the Faculty Senate and the Academic Integrity Committee. Dr. Moore is a Subject Matter Expert as relates to writing courses and creating lectures. She won a Curriculum Award at Strayer University. She recently transition from a Campus Dean to an Academic Dean for Strayer University. She is the Co-Chair for Strategic Education Inc. CEO's Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Pioneer Member) and a Member of the Strayer University's President Commission on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Dr. Moore is a Retired Major for the United States Army Reserves with over 25 years combine Enlisted and Officer. Major Moore has served as Chief of Training, Deputy Chief of Plans, Regional Training Center Branch Chief, Basic Training Company Commander, Assistant Professor of Military Science and Assistant Adjutant Personnel Officer. She led a team in developing a Program of Instruction which justified $20 million in resources. She also completed a manpower work study to justify roles and restructure the different command groups. She was active and part of the pioneer team in training Soldiers for the Global War of Terrorism
Tonya has also worked for United Parcel Service in Management. She owns DEMO Consulting LLC. She has published two books on Leadership. She has Board of Directors experience in the Education arena. She is a member of several Professional Associations (past/present). She is a Breast Cancer Survivor and advocate through sharing her testimony.
Linda and Tonya became legally married in 2012 after the Don't Ask Don't Tell was removed but together since 2000. They have 4 grown kids by wife and 2 handsome grandsons as well as a gorgeous granddaughter. They are the authors of the “Changes of Love” novels.

Nancy is responsible for carrying out the administrative task for DEMO Call Center's contracts. She is also responsible for handling recruiting of call center representatives along with managing the day-to-day with her direct clients.

As a retiree of the Department of Social Services, I am bringing over 30 years' experience working in the service area. As a pillar in my community of Sumter, South Carolina, I love providing selfless service to others and just seeing people prosper in a positive way.
I've also lived in New York and worked at the Mt. Sinai Hospital, Bank of New York and Federal Reserve Bank. However, I was born in St. Stephen, South Carolina. I've been a Seventh-day Adventist all my life. I have three grown daughters including Dr. Tonya D. Moore (CEO and Co-Owner) as well as a grown step-son. I am a grandmother as well as a great grand mother. I am also married to the most caring man, Mr. Lorenza Kennedy for almost 20 years.
