Customer Service Representative or CSR

"Certified Client Support Professional (CSP)" 


We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for major organizations! You will train with the companies to become a certified client support professional or CSP. This will allow you to work as a contractor and with the flexibility in creating your own work schedule to fit your life.

Job description


DEMO Consulting LLC serves a diverse population in making sure they have a great mix work-life while creating financial freedom. Our DEMO's Call Center is a subsidiary under our consulting umbrella. You have the ability to work-from-home as a contractor with companies like Home Depot, Disney, Carnival Cruise, Xfinity, Intuit, Dick's Sporting Goods, Coach, Neiman Marcus, etc. You have the freedom to select any available clients once you are registered on our platform and the pay will be shared prior to you selecting a client via email. Note: We are not currently hiring in the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon or Wisconsin.


DEMO Consulting LLC is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOSB).


CSRs will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and annotate accurate notes in the system
  • Protect all customers' personal identifiable information (PII).
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices or able to be trained
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Application requirement

  • 18 years old or older
  • A computer that meets the computer requirement:  Computer Requirement (democsr.com) 
  • No Wi-Fi (must use Ethernet Cord)
  • Pass Computer Technical Requirement
  • Pass Background Check
  • Pass Drug Screening (depending on the client if they do drug screening)
  • Pass your certification course(s) and maintain good attendance
  • Note: You are able to earn income during your certification process too.



Note: The entire process could take between 2 days or weeks to complete depending on your pace and course requirement time frame.


Job Type: Contract

Pay: $11:00 to $19.00 with possible incentives
