David Witherspoon is responsible for DEMO CSR's Strategic Initiative in expanding our Work From Home model with a base location in the Sumter, South Carolina through one of his facilities. His partnership with DEMO will allow us to have our first brick & mortar Call Center location in South Carolina as part of our 2022 strategic initiatives. He will be hiring people to work under his leadership for our different clients using different methods. He will also align his Ultimate Lean Academy (ULA) as a Training Component to enhance his team with not only work skills but life skills. The goal is to create economic mobility within the community along with providing opportunities and life skills.
Introduction
I’m David Witherspoon born and raised in Sumter SC, I am Married to my wonderful wife, Sheryl Witherspoon. Have two beautiful daughters Dana and Davia Witherspoon. I love to play Golf, play Fantasy Sports, love to dance and love to problem solve. I am a jack of all trades with a strong desire to help people and improve people situations. One of my solution to solve problems is a LEAN system that is used to improve the mindset of people and to live a positive balance life. This system is taught in a 8 week program to create a systemic paradigm Shift to positive energy.
With my 15 years of management and business experience, and traveling to China, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and other places around the world have given me a vision of positive people working and investing together for a bigger and deeper cause in life. We owe it to ourselves and our children’s children. With a background of strong parents and a deep relationship with God is the main reason I am here and I am telling my story as a testimony for all.
